1. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DETAILING AND VALETING?

Detailing is far superior to valeting as a lot more time, care and attention is applied to a vehicle. A detailer takes a vehicle to its highest level of presentation using the very best products, the right tools & proven techniques. Do not confuse the services offered by us with any of your expections or experiences of valeting you may have experienced in the past.

2. ARE YOU INSURED?

We are fully insured for both public liability and accidental damage caused to your vehicle whilst working on it.

3. CAN I BUY CAR CARE PRODUCTS FROM YOU?

Yes, we have a small selection of products that we have made available only to E.C.C clients. These can be ordered at booking and supplied at detailing. Please email for more information.

4. WHAT AREA’S DO YOU COVER?

We are based in Wiltshire and the majority of our client base is in the counties of Berkshire, Birmingham, Bristol, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Somerset, Surrey, Warwickwickshire, West Midlands, Worcestershire as well as the Central London regions.

We are open to traveling further afield upon request.

5. WHY USE EXCLUSIVE CAR CARE?

As with many things you cannot judge the standard of work based on cost. Detailing is our passion and we always strive for perfection. E.C.C will provide a service and standard that is second to none.

6. HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept cash, bank transfer or cheque with a guarantee card.

7. MY CAR IS BRAND NEW, WHY SHOULD I GET IT DETAILED?

New vehicles are rarely delivered with a high quality finish and adequate protection and often leave the factory production line with some paint defects. Most dealership’s offer poor quality protection packages (Supaguard, Diamondbrite, Autoglym Lifeshine and Gard X to name a few) that cost £400+ with bold claims that the protection will last for many years. These packages are often applied incorrectly and over poor paint finishes. Let us take on the preparation work and ensure that you receive your vehicle in perfect condition with the very best in protection.

8. WHAT HOURS DO YOU WORK?

We aim to work around the clients convenience, so this can mean early starts or late finishes.
